12V / 48V is written in the application example of the datasheet.
Does this device work only at 12V / 48V?
If no, could you tell me how to change the output voltage?

Thank you for your interest in LM5170.
No, LM5170 can be used for other voltages. 48V/12V is just a typical application. Please check the datasheet 7.3 Recommended Operating Conditions for the operating range. As LM5170 is a current controller, the voltage regulation is designed with the external feedback circuitry which is usually a resistor divider. By adjusting the resistor divider it regulates to different voltage.
