BQ24735: BQ24735 can not charge

Hi 

The customer design with BQ24735. When only the adapter (DC 19V6A) is connected, the ACDET measures 2.8V and the system can be powered on.

When the lithium battery(3 series cells) is connected, the first 6s is pre-charge, and the charging current is set to 256mA. At this time, the charging circuit is normal.

When entering the normal charging and the charging current is 3A, ACFET and RBFET will turn on and off. 

Please refer to the attached ACDET waveform, and the schematic.

Please give some suggestions.

    Hi Star,

    Can you isolate the system output from the rest of the system and repeat the same test?

    Take these out.

    Please show these info at the minimum:

    1. VBUS, IBUS, ACDET, IBAT

    2. VBUS, IBUS, ACDET, VBAT

    3. VBUS, IBUS, ACDET, ACOK

    4. Register settings.

    I would recommend double-checking the input side.
