Hello Youhao, I come back with some new results.

In a first time, I have tested values you have given for compensation network. I have tried with and without Q36. Q36 doesn't affect stability but is required to obtain a clean 5V power supply.

Without load, I think it runs better, but with a load (47 kR / 406 V = 8.5 mA), system shows oscillations and inrush current can be greater than 3A ! Main page

I'm trying to find another transformer. The first one I have installed in this circuit was a Wuerth Elektronik (760895631). Q23 and Q24 were destroyed as inductance of this first transformer was too high (500 µH if I remember). The second one is a hand made transformer (with a TDK toric core) and I think that saturation current is less than expected.

I think I will add a shunt to measure inrush current in transformer as soon as possible.
