TPS63020: Power UP and Down time

Hi,

i have been validating the TPS63020 with my design. I would like to know the Power UP and Power Down time when Vsys change?

I could not find in the datasheet. Can you please help me on this.

Hi Arumugam.P,

they are depend on on your output and your components selected(such as output cap and inductor), the best way to get them is by bench test. i think it is impossible to calculate.
