Hi team,

The inductor inside the module has been damaged.

The inductor is probably cracked due to heat generated from the inside.
Please tell me the reason why the inductor breaks?

And, can I ask what name is the inductor in a module?

Hi Kengo,

The heat dissipated by the power supply should not break the inductor in the module. Is there any chance your device is subjected to rapid temperature swings? For example, if the device is running at full load and suddenly cooled then I could potentially see some possibility for temperature stress. Other than that, subjecting the device to mechanical stress may also be a potential cause of damage to the inductor.

Is it possible to provide additional details regarding the use of this device?
