UCD9222: Is the PMBus_Alert output open-drain?

Hello,

In addition to the UCD9222, I will also be using the UCD9090A on my new design. I see that the PMB_ALERT output on that device is stated to be open-drain. I don't see anywhere that the UCD9222 datasheet says its PMBUS_ALERT output is open-drain, but I see that a 10K pull-up to 3.3V is required, which leads me to believe it might be open-drain. I want to tie both of these signals together to be received by the TI USB-TO_GPIO USB Interface Adapter EVM.
