Part Number: LM185-2.5QML-SP
Hello,
We are looking into the 2.5V reference, LM185-2.5QML-SP. The datasheet citing radiation numbers is given here: https://landandmaritimeapps.dla.mil/Downloads/MilSpec/Smd/87594.pdf
The effects are shown at 100krad. Is anyone able to give estimates down at lower levels, say 15krad, and 30krad?

Hi Kevin,
The LM185-2.5QML-SP is QMLV, but it is not rad hard (RHA). This is is signified by the "-" in its DLA part number: 5962-8759406VXA.
The 1.2V version of this part (LM185-1.2QML-SP) is QMLV-RHA up to 100krad (signified by the "R" in its DLA part number), and it is the part that the SMD you linked to above is referring to in the portion of the document that specifies radiation effects. The images below can be enlarged by clicking on them.

I'm not certain why it was never posted to ti.com, but will work on fixing this.

Hi Kevin,
For rad-hard 2.5V references, there are a few options: the LM136A-2.5QML-SP, the 2.5V option of the LM4050QML-SP, and the TL1431-SP. All of these parts do have TID reports (sometimes referred to as ELDRS reports for older documents) available in the Technical Documentation section of their web pages.
