Thank you for pointing this out. It looks like the pacakge information is not being output onto the datasheet completely. We will look into the cause of this issue.
TPS1HC100-Q1 and TPS1H100-Q1 use the same package. You can find the thermal pad size on this datasheet: https://www.ti.com/lit/ds/symlink/tps1h100-q1.pdf
Please find the information on Page 45.
