TPS53659: CNDA with INTEL

Hi,

I couldn't find any comments about CNDA w/ INTEL in TPS53659 D/S（https://www.ti.com/lit/ds/symlink/tps53659.pdf ）

like TPS53659 D/S. (https://www.ti.com/lit/ds/symlink/tps53640.pdf )

If customer is going to use TPS53659, Does the customer need to conclude CNDA with INTEL as well?
