LMZM33606: LMZM33606 for inverter

hi sir

 

 

1.Could I use the LMZM33606  to the power stage? vin 24v/ vout -12v/5A

 

2.However, LMZM33606 only provides 3A output current while it uses as inverting topology. 

  Is it can be parallel used?

    HI

    we don't suggest use 24Vin to -12V because the internal mosfet stress will be 36V(abs(24V)+abs(-12V)), so it already reach the max voltage of device. higher Vin or Vo will make the stress over its max normal operation value. and LMZM33606 don't have stack up function. so we will suggest use controller like LM5141 or LM5117 for inverting buck boost design
