Unable to open COM port, BQ76PL455-GUI

Hi,

I created my own board with BQ76pl45aa processor similar to BQ76PL45AAEVM. 
Bq76pl455a responds if I send a single command, but I cannot communicate via the BQ76PL455_GUI application. 
Previously, I was able to communicate with the board through the application, but I had to format the disk and now I cannot.
I have downloaded the newest FTDI drivers and the installation was done according to the instructions. 
Before creating the thread, I read other people's solutions (e.g. changing the port number, changing the wire, but it did not help).

Hello Damian,

Were you using the same board that you had connected the EVM with before? Did you do a full reinstall of the GUI and drivers? Other than that I would assume that your port number may have changed, can you double check that as well?

Hello Alexander,

I did everything you wrote. A few times I reinstalled the GUI and drivers. I also changed my port number on lower than early. I think this is a GUI problem because I have not seen data transfer from the GUI to the board.
