My customer has a question about EN50155 of LM74700-Q1,
because the LM74700-Q1 max voltage is around 65V, and my customer want to pass EN50155, which mean the max voltage will achieve 67.2V, it above the LM74700-Q1 max voltage.
Or does TI have revise polarity protector that support up to 67.2V?
According to the EN50155, for 48V input, the voltage fluctuation requirement should sustain to 67.2V for 1s.

As you mentioned LM74700-Q1 is only rated upto -65V. So, this device cannot be used for input reverse polarity protection for 67.2V.
LM5050-Q1 along with a diode (rated > 67.2V) in the GND path can be used to realize reverse current blocking + input reverse polarity protection. You can also refer to "www.ti.com/.../TIDA-00992" for reverse polarity protection with LM5050-1.

Does he need to add the capacitor and diode at the output?
