Do we have file can share TPS23881 power consumption for 90W POE output for internal thermal simulation?

    Hi Jimmy,

    I don't believe we have thermal simulation for this device. However, since the IC is external FET, the power dissipation would be limited to the controller operating power at VPWR and VDD. We've done this calculation before and it is ~0.5W which corresponds to a ~35C temp rise at the junction.  So at room temperature, the IC will be ~60C which is well below the max Tj of the part.
