If you have external power coming in, 9V DC in this case, as well as a charged battery, and the battery charging is disabled. Will the system power from the external power supply rather than the battery ?
I want to use this part to allow a system to run from external power when present but power from the battery when not present. Battery will be slow charged in the background at initial power up.
It seems like it would behave this way but I wanted to be sure as we don’t want to run from battery unless the external power is removed.
