The customer use BQ24610EVM to charge the 5S1P lithium battery. The lead from the battery pack to the BAT is about 8 cm, and TS connect a 10K resistor to the ground.
At the beginning of charging, everything is normal. At the end, the STAT1 blink, and STAT2 can not turn on.
The VBAT voltage is about 20V and does not reach 21V. The current value jumps from 0 to less than the termination current.
The DC power supply is 24V.
Why can not terminate the charge?
