LM25148-Q1: FET selections and stocked parts

Hi

Using this part in power designer with the following design criteria:

20-28V Vin

12V Vout

4A Iout

125DegC operating

This will suggest for instance FET

However I cannot find ANY of the suggested parts stocked at TI/Digikey

I did find this one though

Key differences are:

60V at suggested device vs 40V at the device I found

100A Tc at suggested device vs 211A Tc at device I found

5.9mOhm Rds on at suggested device vs 1.6mOhm at device I found

116W Tc at suggested device vs 139W Tc at device I dound

+ some other differences.

I'm not a DCDC designer normally, but would the device I identified work fine? Not sure what the design criteria to look for are here
