LM5143-Q1: Dual Phase Single Output Pspice Simulation Model Bug

Part Number: LM5143-Q1
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: LM5143

Hi Everyone,

I'm trying to design 48V/40A buck converter with input 56V constant voltage input. I'm trying to simulate system with using paramaters from "LM5143-Q1 Quickstart Tool - revA9". When I design the system considering specification of the IC in page 30 table 8-2, the output voltage is never reaach the specifed voltage 48V and also current at the output is limited. I tried to find out the problem cause with using some changes of the desing. When I use the recommended schematic and hint from the calculator, I realized the CH2 is never switching at the output. Only the channel-1 is switching. Datasheet says connect FB1 pin with divider and FB2 pin to the ground.

I tried so many changes on the design and I realized that when I connected FB pin to the both channel FB1 and FB2, system was started to work as expected. Below picture show the results.

Now I wondering which one is true. I think simulation model has this bug. I want to be sure IC connection regarding FB pins are true which is written in the spec. If the simulation model has this bug, could you fix with updating the model? Is there any other bugs that we need to know about released version? I want to simulate my design including real models not to take any risk of my design since I need to adaptive other features on this design like CC/CV mode control.
