Hi

My customer wants to calculate the Junction temperature of LM5146.
How do we calculate W when we try to get it using Rjc(top)? _ 28deg/W
Let  me know how to get W.
If you don't calculate it like this, tell me how to calculate the junction temperature of LM5146.

    Hi David,

    The power loss of the controller is mostly related to MOSFET gate drive. The DC current associated with driving each FET is Qg*Fsw, where Qg is the gate charge at Vcc = 7.5V. Use the quickstart calculator to simplify these calculations and derive the temperature rise for a given input voltage.
