As shown in the figure below, please help to confirm that the Gate provides 2.8v~4.2V under this condition, and Vd-0V, Vs-0V (power is off). Q9 Is the 0.56v source of Pin2 a gate protection diode? If it is, because we need the Vs in this state to be 0V, is there any other P-MOSFET model that can replace CSD23381F4.

Hello Gareth,

Thanks for your interest in TI FETs. The CSD23381F4 includes single-ended ESD protection diode from gate to source which can be forward biased when the gate voltage is higher than the source voltage. An alternative is the CSD23382F4 which has back-to-back ESD gate protection structure in the same footprint and pin out. Please be aware that the B2B ESD protection is higher leakage than the single-ended but will block when the gate voltage is higher than the source.
