TPS5430: Same Die as TPS5450 ?

Hi,

Since these devices have the same controller but just with a larger high side FET to cope with the 5A output rather than 3A.

Customer want to know if TPS5450 Same Die/Fab as TPS5430? They want to know since it is important in their test environment.

Yes they are the same die and the same High Side FET Rdson.

Hi Arief,

Thank you for your response. Customer have followup questions below.

"I found from another source that the 30 is LBC7 (400nm) and the 50 is LBC4 (720nm). can you confirm please?"
