UCD90SEQ64EVM-650: Installed part is a UCD90124, but the SW does not list that version, closest is the UCD90124A and that seems incompatible, gives an error.

I am trying to use the Eval board I just bought.

It has a UCD90124 installed.

It can read the ID as 104.

But the part selector does not list that part. Closest is the 90124A. But when I select that the system gives me an error.

How do I get the SW to look for a 90124?

The GUI7.0 does not support UCD90124 anymore since it is too old.

Also we recommend to order UCD90124A samples since the support on the UCD90124 is very very lean.

Then why do you ship the 90124 it the dev boards???? Min order on these part is 35 parts...

The UCD90SEQ64 EVM works with many products: UCD90120/UCD90120A/UCD90124/UCD90124A/UCD90160/UCD90160A.

Please order the right samples to work with the EVM.

I strong recommend to order UCD90124A instead of UCD90124.

if you can provide more requirement, we can better provide solution.
