LM5141DESIGN-CALC: Design Tool for LM5141 Wrong

Part Number: LM5141DESIGN-CALC
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: LM5141

The design tools I believe maybe incorrect. According to the latest rev.D datasheet page 16 equation 4 is states:

However in the Design Tool provided Rfb1 and Rfb2 are swapped. Shown below is the output voltage set to 12V. Vref is stated to be 1.2V. Therefore according to the equation in the datasheet with Rfb1  = 33.2kOhms. Rfb2 = (12V/1.2V -1) *33.2kOhms = 298.8kOhms. However it states that Rfb2  =  3.65kOhm. It seems the formula swaps Rfb1 and Rfb2 as that does cause Rfb2 to equal the 3.65kOhms

The power designer has is swapped where  Rfb2 is connected to Vout and Rfb1 is connected to ground:

which is like the datasheet:

Wanted to confirm the datasheet is correct?
