What is the specification of the output clamp?
Is it the VDS Clamp in Figure 9-1 of the data sheet?
Or is it the body diode of FET?

It is the VDS Clamp from Figure 9-1 in the datasheet, or VClamp in the datasheet. Figure 7-33 shows an actual scope shot of the VDS clamp working:
When an inductive turn-off occurs the voltage on the output will be clamped to VBAT - VCLAMP . For a more detailed explanation of how clamping across the high side switch works, refer to slide 8 of the attached presentation:
