LM34927: Typical device height value of LM34927SDX/NOPB

Hi Team,

For the heat-sink design purpose, could you please let me know the typical value of IC height (LM34927SDX/NOPB). I notice that datasheet only specifies maximum value (0.8mm).

Hi,

I tried to look for a typical value for the height but i could not find it and most drawings that i found is using 0.8mm as maximum value.

Is there a specific reason why the maximum value would not work?

Customer requests for typical value and min/max tolerance for an accurate heat-sink pad design. Could you please help find this information.
