Is there any GaN FET driver that supports LVDS inputs on your product line?

    Hi Joe,

    Thank you for your question. Our low side gate drivers targeted for GaN FETs are LMG1020, LMG1025-Q1 and UCC27611. None of them support differential inputs. You would need a LVDS receiver that converts that differential signal into a single ended signal that is compatible with the driver's VIH/VIL levels.
