Hi Expert, 

My customer is using LMR23625-Q1 in the traction inverter, and having questions about the dropout mode. Can you help to answer?

  1. When switching frequency started to foldback, what is the min limit switching frequency of the IC?
  2. When the IC in Dropout mode, the control method is still in peak current mode or more likely as hysteresis control ?

    hi, Pin,

    In datasheet Figure 19.  frequency is fixed about 150K at low Vin, and after vin < Vin_min in Equation 5 ,frequency will not controlled by t_offmin, 

    peak current mode is in frequency is fixed no change.
