    Hi Xiaofu,

    A couple comments regarding the schematics:

    • Sense resistors look under rated in power. Please use at least 1/4W 0805 sense resistors.
    • I don't see where PSE_N1 goes, is there another port in the system?
    • I don't see a series cap on the other pairset of the data transformer to complete the bob smith termination. 1/2 3/6 should be similar to 4/5 7/8
    • Usually the bob smith terminations and the chassis of the RJ45 will connect to an earth ground. does this system have one? You may want to copy it similar to the how we connect it in the reference design below.

    • Please make sure your 3.3V VDD rail powers up AFTER VPWR has ramped up. I didn't see how the 3.3V is powered however, usually we have some EN pin with a divider to prevent it from powering up until after VPWR is ON. A good example is the TIDA design above.
