TPS62743: Vin and En

I could not understand your question. Do you mean, if you supply 1.8V at EN, is there any problem?

Hi Febin,

EN doesn't connect the VIN and is controlled by I/O. The I/O signal is yellow curve and exist high resistance state during power up. Will it cause the chip over hot and the big power consumption? Because I have no EVM on my side. Can you help me test the forward and reserve voltage of VIN?

If the EN pin voltage remains within the Absolute Max ratings of the device, then I don't see a problem. Can you confirm this?

What do you mean by forward and reserve voltage of VIN? Could you elaborate?

I want to use diode test the VIN, using diode forward test and reserve test when power down the IC. Can you help test?

With regards to ESD protection, there will be no problem when EN pin voltage > Vin.
