Hello,

In the datasheet for bq297xx family, it shows on the last row that this IC is able to support OVP 3.85-4.6V. Which part number supports up to 4.6V? I am looking for a OVP ~4.6V for NiMH 3S1P

Hello Kevin,

Currently we do not have a BQ2970, nor any device that I know of, with a 4.6-V OVP.

Have you looked at the BQ2980? We have a couple of parts with 4.5-V OVP (BQ298009, BQ298010).
