The Quality engineer got back and has said that the datecode does not allow for no dashes on the top row, and he cannot discern from the picture. He asks if you can give the label for the reel/box from which you acquired the part, which will give him more information on the part and it's creation. I have him quoted below:

"If they can provide a better picture or better yet if they can provide an image of the reel or box TI label this unit came from we can help them at that point."

The date code on the label signifies that the part was made in October of 2020. The part however does not have a marking consistent with TI standards, and does not signify any year of production that we have for this part. Additionally, from the lot number, shipping trace code, and the destroyed 2D barcode being destroyed on that label, the quality engineer I spoke with has good reason to suspect that this product may be counterfeited.
