Please help to check attached waveform, I cannot find SOA curve for inrush current check.

Can you help to check below waveform inrush current is ok to TPS259341 or not? Thanks!

Hi Geol,

CH1: Vin CH2: Vout CH3: VDS CH4: Iout

Voltage is 12V, output current is 0A. Total output CAP is 200uF.

Customer would like to now if the inrush current has any potential risk?

Hi Jim,

It is fine. Device dvdt control mechanism is limiting inrush current in a way such that device and both downstream are protected , also it is a 5A and current is around 0.5A so it is well below.
