BQ24616: BQ24616 can not charge

Part Number: BQ24616

The customer design with BQ24616. When disconnect the battery, PH has no output. Stat1 light is on, stat2 light is off, PG light is on.

Can you take a waveform of PH, VCC, SRN, STAT with battery absent?
