I am calculating Switching loss in the power supply.

Can you give the value of Rise and fall time of Switching node voltage

Vin=3.3V Vout=1V Io=0.8A and switching freq=2.25MHz

Hi Abishek,

Unfortunately, we do not have existing validation data exactly for your test condition. But the expected value will be 5-10ns. You can easily capture the switch node voltage from the device EVM's waveform which can give you the exact value.
