REF02: Difference REF02A and REF02B

I would like you to confirm about Die and Fab information for REF02A and REF02B.

Could you please tell me whether both these two is created by same Fab and use same Die ?
If answer of avove is same, Is the difference between two ATE ?

Hi Ryuuichi-san,

Both parts are from the same Fab and are the same die. The difference is in the electrical characteristic table. See below:

(Just limited by ATE.)

Yes, there is a difference in ATE.
