TPS1H100-Q1: solution select

TPS1H100-Q1 and TPS1HC100-Q1 are similar devices. Both are 100mOhm devices but TPS1HC100-Q1 is build using newer technology. They have similar protection feature sets.

Do note that there are some rating differences between the two. A good example is the rated current for TPS1H100-Q1 is 4A while TPS1HC100-Q1 is rated at 2.5A.

Both are valid choices for your application depending on the voltage and current range.
