LP87524B-Q1: may I know what is the low limit of BUCK(0) of LP87524JRNFRQ1 about default OTP of PGOOD check?

Part Number: LP87524B-Q1
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: AWR1642, AWR1843

Hi Team,

There is a good new that DIN LP87524JRNFRQ1 !

One question need you support,

For Li-ion battery used case, the normally typical voltage is 3.7V. For VIOIN of AWR1843 or AWR1642 as the case of 3.3V, Customer suppose 3.1V is acceptable as the following VOH & VIH.

But may we know what is the low limit of BUCK(0) of LP87524 about default OTP of PGOOD check? THX

  • Hello Kygo,

First thing to note that there needs to be at least 0.5V difference between the input and output voltage. That means that for 3.3V output you would need at least 3.8V input voltage to maintain regulation in all cases.

    PGOOD window is typically +50mV/-40mV

    Thanks.
