TPS55288EVM-045: After updating TI cloud agent no connection possible

Reinstalled it two times but it doesnt help. Before the update the USB2ANY got listed as a serial port in the device manager, after the update it does not. Tried it on multiple PC.

I never met such kind of problem before, could you try updating the USB2ANY firmware version to 2.8.2.0

My USB2ANY is already running frimware 2.8.2.0. Have the same problem on multiple PC.

There is no problem with the GUI, USB2ANY when connecting the EVM to PC.

Below is the GUI I'm using now.

Could you change with a new TPS55288 EVM or new USB2ANY? I suspect the EVM or GUI have problems.

I tried it with the TPS55288EVM-053 but had the same issue. For the USB2ANY I just got one but it is working fine in the USB2ANY Explorer.

On my system a lot less programms are installed. Maybe additional software is needed since the update?

I'm not familiar with the GUI programs because they are designed by another software team. Not sure if the missed installed software is the root cause. I'll send these two screenshot pictures to software team.

My suggestion is: borrow another person's PC that never installed the TPS55288 GUI before, then connect the USB2ANY to TPS55288EVM again. See if this work.
