LM26480: Can LM26480SQ-CF replace LM26480SQ-AA?

Hi Team,

Our customer designed an application using LM26480SQ-AA, however, he would like to know if he can replace it with LM26480SQ-CF. I understand that the difference between the two is that LM26480SQ-AA buck mode is auto-mode and UVLO is enabled while the LM26480SQ-CF buck mode is Forced PWM and UVLO is disabled. Can you please confirm if LM26480SQ-CF can replace LM26480SQ-AA without modification on the board?

Danilo,

LM26480SQ-CF and LM26480SQ-AA are fully p2p compatible and changing from PWM/Auto or UVLO enabled/disabled shouldn't require any external hardware modifications.
