1. Can you tell me what the time delay is between the BLANK signal and the PCHGON? (red highlight in the picture below)
2. Do body diodes in the pre-charge FET's allow current circulation in case Vout is different from Vcc? If so, in what direction?

For question 1, since it is a old device and I cannot find the spec in legacy materials, I need some time on bench testing, which could be a reference.
For question 2, The pre-charge FET are PMOS which connecting VCC to output pins. If the VOUT is larger than VCC, there should have small leakage current flow from VOUT to VCC.
With regard to question 2, it is fair to assume a diode exists either on the body of the pMOS or as an overvoltage protection to the pin, so the current would be more than just leakage, correct?

I think the pre-charge PMOS is small and current from VLED to VCC through body diode cannot be large. Comparing with the current which drives LEDs, the additional power consumption could be ignored.
