LM22679: LM22679-ADJ vs LM22679-5.0 for 12V Output

Part Number: LM22679

WEBENCH suggest both parts for 12V output from 36V input. Datasheet, section 7.1, suggests that for output voltages 5V and above, the -5.0 version should be used. I am looking for an advice about which part to use for 12V output, -5.0 or -ADJ?

For 12V output, -5.0 version should be used.

This is because of the difference of the internal compensation network. For -5.0 version , it's designed for Vo higher than 5V to have best dynamic characteristics. And -adj version is optimized for Vo that is lower than 5V.
