LM3880: output drive strength of output

Team, 

I have a design question and I hope you can help me with an answer.

I’m using LM3880 to induce a 10ms analog delay on a DC/DC converters.

Can I tie (2) LTM8074 run pins to one flag output ? Ie can I ties flag 1 to both LTM8074 run pins to enable them at the same time ?

Run pin on the LTM8074 is 1uA current input.

essentially have we modeled the max drive strength of the output pins of the device (over temperature) to determine max min current specs of the "loads"
