In the datasheet of the TPS62813-Q1 in section "10.2.3 Application Curves" Figure 10-42 to 10-51 is all about output voltage ripple in the two different modes PFM/PWM and also for different output voltages.

Could you share the test conditions? Vin, Vout and the Iout range?
With that we could measure the ripple in the lab and share with you the results.

condition 1 :Vin=5V,Vout=3.3V,I=0.7A~1A    pass: 3.3*0.95<Vripple<3.3*1.05

condition 1 :Vin=5V,Vout=1.05V,I=2.24A~3.2A      pass: 1.05*0.95<Vripple<1.05*1.05
