How to output 80A at 0.5V using TPS546D24AEVM-2PH?

Could you provide config file for output 80A at 0.5V?

    This product is set to only output at 0.8V. Using the TI Fusion Digital Power Designer, you may be able to margin and trim the output voltage to get as close to 0.5V as possible. 

    More information on the software mentioned above can be found on page ten of the EVM user guide.

    I tested 80A at 0.5V using TI Fusion Digital Power Designer.

    However, as shown in the picture below, the current is output up to 61A and the voltage of ph2 is also unbalanced. 

    How to I do for output 80A at 0.5V?

    I took a 2-PH TOS546D24A EVM onto the bench and ran it at 0.5Vout and 80A. At 80A of current draw, I confirmed it on the monitor window of the Fusion software. Attached are the pertinent files for the Fusion GUI:

    What very well could be happening is that the electronic load is not sourcing the output current it is programmed to. The electronic loads typically need some voltage across its terminals to source their full rated current capability. Please ensure that the measured current from the load is indeed 80A in your test setup. If not, I recommend adding load bays in parallel if possible such that each load can source say half the current with a the 0.5V bias from the output of the EVM (before even considering the IR drop on the load cable).
