LM61495-Q1: need to know Trise, Tfall & VD

As part of our design analysis we require following parameters of the Regulator IC LM61495QRPHRQ1

1.  Trise, Tfall - low side MOSFET rise time and fall time

2. Forward direction voltage of low-side MOSFET body diode

    Let me check with the internal team on this.

    Otherwise I can measure the SW node rise and fall time.

    This will estimate the trise and tfall of the low side MOSFET since when high-side is on/ low-side is off and vice versa.

    Will get back to you when I get more information.

    In a buck converter, when the high-side turns on, the low-side turns off (vice versa).

    See below for the SW node waveform for a 12Vin|3.3Vout|MODE = FPWM|Rboot = 0Ohm

    In this case the high-side Trise = ~9.5ns and Tfall = ~13.5ns. 

    Control of the Rboot resistor will slow the rising slew rate of the device. 

    The forward bias voltage of the MOSFET should be roughly 0.5V.
