Hi,
As shown in the spec, the typical capacitance values for the output rails depend on whether ceramic caps are used. We have a minimum spec to guarantee stability and performance of this module, but there is not a maximum spec. There is not a risk of damaging the device if you have more than the typical spec value for the output capacitance. The system requirements will likely guide whether you need more capacitance than the typical values recommended.

If no load B and reserved Vout B to connect to banana jack, can I just route FB_B0 trace to banana jack and put 100uF near banana jack and route FB_B1 trace to gnd point near banana jack ?
The software is to disable Vout B ?

I don't see any issue with this. The OPERATION register can disable Channel B if not needed.
