TPS62913: duty cycle of synch signal

Hello Team,

is it possible to sync several TPS62913 on board with 2.2MHz from a CPLD? The duty cycle requirement in the datasheet is 45%-55% and CPLD output is 43%-57%. Is this going to be a problem or TPS has internal duty-cycle correction circuit?

    Thank you for your question.  We have tested the TPS62913 with duty cycles outside of the 45%-55% limits in the datasheet and have not seen any issues.  I am looking into the reasons the spec is so conservative. An example of the device operating with an external sync with 70% duty cycle is shown below:
