TPS63000: Is there any ESD protection diode from "EN" to "VIN" or "VINA" in TPS63000?

Part Number: TPS63000

Hello guys,

One of my customers is considering using TPS63000 for their new products.

They have the following questions.

Could you please give me your reply for them?

Q1. There is a situation in the new products that the voltage of "EN" terminal is 0.6V or more higher than VINA voltage.

       Is this situation no problem?

Q2. Is there any ESD protection diode from "EN" to "VIN" or "VINA" in TPS63000?

Q3. I can see the following spec on page 5 of TPS63000 datasheet (Ver. SLVS968).

PARAMETER                            TEST CONDITIONS                 MIN   TYP   MAX   UNIT

EN, PS/SYNC input current       Clamped on GND or VINA                 0.01   0.1      uA

       What does this spec mean?

Does this mean that just input current of each terminal when these terminals connected to VINA or GND?

Or does customers need to limit those terminal input current less than 0.1uA as the maximum?

Your reply would be much appreciated.

Best regards,

Kazuya.
