BQ29330/BQ20Z60-R1 DSG FET got turned OFF when charger is removed

Hi:

I am using BQ29330/BQ20Z60-R1, every time the external power was removed,

the Charger got turned OFF, then BQ29330 turned OFF DSG FET.

Now I am stuck with Battery power going nowhere.

What triggered BQ29330 to turn OFF DSG?

Here is the timing:

Ch1 is VBAT from Charger to Pack+

Ch2 is voltage at Gate (DSG)

 

As you can see, for whatever reason, BQ29330 turned OFF DSG FET much earlier than the

discharge of VBAT @ Pack+.

    Sorry, I have to say my original post was not a good one. Since I completely mis-understood what TI Battery Management IC's could do. Please ignore my original post.

    Basically, needs to follow procedures to input proper parameters to Data Flash, Calibrate,,etc.,

    then it should work.
