BQ25619E: Can the BQ25619E start up in default HW mode when QON_not is not driven

Hi Team,

My customer is looking for the following answer:

Can the BQ25619E start up in default HW mode when QON_not is not driven.

Reason for this is cost and space and not make HW circuit to generate pulses. The critical situation is when a battery is exchanged the device should (preferably) be able to start itself up without I2C-commands.

The charger may operate without the host. Please refer to 8.3.6.1 Autonomous Charging Cycle for the details.
