Dear all,

is there any information when the datasheet of the LP873364 will be available? The application note "slvase0" says the device will be released in 4Q 2021. Is there a chance to get a preliminary version of the datasheet to start developing a power solution for the AM64x?

Where can we order samples of the LP873364?

    Hello Valentin,

    There won't be custom datasheet for only this OTP spin, it will use the released "generic" datasheet for this product family that is available online: https://www.ti.com/lit/gpn/lp8733 Once the OTP spin is released the part number will show at the end of the datasheet in the orderable list. But there won't be any other updates in the datasheet. 

    Technical reference manual for this spin contains the OTP settings etc. technical details to get started with the development: https://www.ti.com/lit/ug/snvu810/snvu810.pdf
